Using this site

The content here — descriptions, event listings, and imagery — is provided for general information. We keep it as accurate as we can, but details such as event dates, stock, and hours can change without notice.

Events & reservations

• Event seats are free and offered first-come; a listing is not a guaranteed reservation.
• Held titles are kept at the counter for a reasonable period, then returned to the shelf.
• We may adjust or cancel an event; where we can, we’ll let attendees know in advance.

Intellectual property

The Cobalt Booksname, logo, and original site content belong to us. Please don’t reuse them without permission. Book cover imagery and titles remain the property of their respective publishers and authors.

Liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Cobalt Books is not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law in 128 Marlowe Street, Brooklyn, NY 11217.
